Cold-formed thin-walled section steel (CFS )
The main structure is made of cold-formed thin-walled profiles.
The integrated top frame and bottom frame are connected to the column through bolts to form the box unit.
Modular units can be packed for transportation or transported in whole boxes.
Mainly used in construction sites, large camps, emergency epidemic prevention and other fields.
Hot rolled steel sections (HRSS)
The main structure of the steel structure modular house system is made of standard steel sections welded together.
The enclosure system is multi-layer composite interior and exterior decorative wall panels + light steel keel.
Mainly used in schools, hospitals, offices and other fields.
CFS systems are generally used in self-stacking construction for buildings up to three stories, while HRSS systems can be used for buildings up to 30 stories or more with steel/concrete core structures according to the height requirements.
