On April 19, the "2024 Steel Structure Building, Construction Machinery Cold-Formed Steel Whole Industry Chain Whole Industry Chain" Summit Forum was held in Tianjin, and the meeting was hosted by the Cold-Formed Steel Branch of China Steel Structure Association. Li Zhiwu, design director of China Construction Integration, was invited to participate in and gave a keynote report on "Steel Structure Modular Building Structure Connection and System Integration Technology". This forum focused on the application of cold-formed steel in steel structure buildings, construction machinery and other industries in the new era, and invited more than 10 well-known experts and scholars to make a series of high-level academic reports from the aspects of relevant specification preparation, major project research and development, new ideas, new technologies, and typical engineering cases.

Li Zhiwu combined with the "Mingyue Qingquan" characteristic modular products developed by China Construction Integration to systematically analyze and introduce the "new construction method" and "connection technology", and deeply discussed the structural connection of steel structure modular buildings and the current situation and latest research and development results of system integration technology. In recent years, CSCEC has concentrated its efforts on the core technology of modular buildings, and has successfully developed modular building node connection technologies such as bolt joints, expansion joints, and grouting nodes with independent intellectual property rights. Based on the topic of "Cultural Tourism Modular Product R&D", the pure Chinese-style villa residential product "Mingyue Qingquan" developed by China Construction Technology integrates the humanistic characteristics of ancient architecture into the design, with pink walls and tiles on the outside and elegant interior style, creating a rich leisure atmosphere. The modular steel structure system is used for construction, and the overall construction process is prefabricated and integrated in the manufacturing plant, and only the overall hoisting and splicing of the module can be put into use on site. The construction time of this construction method can be reduced by 50%, the on-site labor force can be reduced by 70%, the on-site water and electricity can be saved by 70%, the on-site construction waste can be reduced by 85%, and the recycling rate can be 95%. It has formed the core technology competitiveness of the enterprise and driven the pace of technological innovation in the industry.
