On August 6th, China State Construction's Integrated Solutions held the onboarding training for the 2024 new employees. The company's Party Committee Secretary and Chairman, Zhang Jianfei, attended the training and delivered the first lesson of the "Building the Future" youth spiritual quality improvement program for the new employees.

On August 6th, China State Construction's Integrated Solutions held the onboarding training for the 2024 new employees . Zhang Jianfei, the company's Party Committee Secretary and Chairman, attended the training and delivered the first lesson of the "Building the Future" youth spiritual quality improvement program for the new employees . Zhang welcomed the new employees on behalf of the company's leadership team and shared his own memorable experiences when he first entered society and the workplace. He also made five demands of the new employees and expressed his high hopes for them . 

 

1. Adapt and Embrace Your Role: As newcomers to the workplace, you are entering a new environment. It's important to stay focused, be humble, and approach your tasks with an "empty cup mentality." Learn from your leaders and colleagues, and avoid being overly ambitious or impatient.

 

2. Commit to Learning and Self-Improvement: Cultivate your professional skills and develop a craftsman's spirit. Aim to become a versatile talent. Maintain a humble and studious attitude, work diligently, and hone your abilities to become an expert in your field and a model young professional.

 

3. Loyalty and Valuing Your Position: Be loyal to the company and treat your work as a career. Find interest in your tasks, and take pride in doing every small detail well, which will contribute to your growth.

 

4. Take Responsibility and Be Willing to Break Through: Integrate your personal aspirations with your job responsibilities. Take initiative, be proactive, and avoid complacency. In ordinary positions, be able to handle challenges, endure solitude, and withstand grievances to grow steadily.

 

5. Self-Discipline and Vigilance: Practice self-discipline and self-reflection. Always keep in mind the principles and boundaries. Resist temptations, withstand tests, and distinguish right from wrong, good from evil. Maintain a sense of awe, caution, and adherence to the bottom line.

Department heads from the headquarters provided training on various aspects including company strategy, corporate culture, management systems, professional skills, and occupational ethics. Through 12 engaging and vivid training sessions, they aimed to help new employees fully understand the company culture, integrate into the work environment quickly, and start their new professional journey with a positive and energetic attitude.

The mentorship ceremony for new employees at China State Construction's Integrated Solutions was attended by key figures including Wen Shuang, the chairman of the company's trade union, Cao Changyin, the deputy general manager and chief legal counsel, Zhang Qingyu, the deputy general manager and chief engineer, and Li Zhiwu, the design director. They all delivered speeches during the event.

At the mentorship ceremony, Yang Xi, the deputy director of the Modular Products Research Institute and chief architect, and his assistant designer apprentice Yang Yibin, spoke on stage and signed the mentorship agreement. Subsequently, a traditional apprenticeship ceremony took place where Yang Ziteng from Shenzhen branch and Wang Biao, Fan Xiaoqiang, and Wu Jiaojiao from Shenzhen-Hong Kong factory paid their respects to their mentors in a formal ceremony, receiving commemorative gifts in return.

 

With determination and unity, they embark on a new journey, writing a new chapter together. China State Construction's Integrated Solutions places great emphasis on talent development, guiding the youth to learn, believe, apply, and act on their knowledge, composing a new chapter of youthful achievements in the new era.
