To advance the work of building a quality-strong enterprise and to deeply implement full life cycle quality management, empowering the company's high-quality development with solid quality work. On September 9th, China State Construction's Integrated Solutions held the 2024 "Quality Month" launch meeting and quality training exchange at its headquarters, where Deputy General Manager Zhang Qingyu attended and delivered a speech.

Zhang Qingyu emphasized that quality is the lifeline of the enterprise, its core competitiveness, and the foundation upon which we rely and develop. He hopes that through the "Quality Month" series of activities, every employee will recognize the importance of quality, further enhance the sense of responsibility and mission that "quality starts with me," promote the improvement of product and service quality, and provide strong support for the company's high-quality development.

For the company's next phase of quality management, Zhang Qingyu has made the following demands:

1. Uphold Quality Bottom-Line Management: Strictly establish a sense of reverence for quality. The company must correctly manage the relationships between quality and safety, quality and schedule, and quality and benefits.

2. Improve Quality Management Systems: Ensure full staff quality accountability. Implement a quality standardization strategy, further improve the quality management system and institutional construction, and enhance the quality management control level and capabilities of project engineering.

3. Enhance Risk Prevention and Control, and Improve Problem Governance Efficiency: Focus on problem orientation and continuously improve basic management capabilities to effectively enhance the effectiveness of special governance.

The meeting implemented the "2024 Quality Month Activity Plan" of China State Construction's Integrated Technology Co., Ltd. It also studied the systems recently issued by China State Construction Technology, as well as the standards, drawings, and specifications related to quality management of steel structure modular buildings. Representatives from various units discussed their experiences in quality management.

A total of 66 people, including heads from the headquarters' relevant departments, main and departmental leaders from affiliated units, and project and factory managers, attended the meeting in the main venue and via video conference rooms.
