Each module's lifting time does not exceed 30 minutes, and it is expected that all modules will be lifted within two days, after which they can be put into use immediately . The project has a total construction area of 630 square meters and includes open office areas, private offices, reception areas, and conference rooms . This modular office building will serve as the office space for the Housing Authority of Hong Kong in the public housing project at New Kowloon Street and will help to address the housing needs of residents on the waiting list for public housing .

Facing challenges such as the dense surrounding buildings and limited space, China Construction Technology has adopted its self-developed SMC (Steel Modular Construction) technology. The project was divided into 24 SMC modules. While the foundation construction is ongoing at the site, the factory is simultaneously producing modules and carrying out prefabricated decoration work. Lighting fixtures, washbasins, and other living facilities, as well as office desks, chairs, and shelves, are all installed in the factory. This approach significantly reduces the construction period and can save about 60% of water and electricity usage on-site, as well as reduce construction waste by about 50%.
