Xiong'an Citizen Service Center is located in the boundary of Xiaobaita and Mazhuang Village in the east of Rongcheng, Xiong'an New Area, with a total construction area of 99,600 square meters, a planned total land of 24.24 hectares, and a total project investment of about 800 million yuan.
After completion, it will undertake many functions such as planning and display, government services, conference and enterprise office in Xiong'an New Area.
The architect's responsibility system runs through the whole process, highlighting the concept of "green, modern and smart".
Green: Adopt ultra-low energy consumption building practices, reduce the building shape coefficient, control the proportion of building window walls, improve building structural details, set up building exterior walls with high heat insulation and strong sealing, make full use of renewable energy, and become an exemplary "passive house" of Xiong'an Citizen Service Center. Landscape wetlands have been set up according to local conditions, rainwater collection and storage have been carried out, rainwater has been discharged to zero, and the concept of "sponge city" has been practiced to create a sponge area. The three-dimensional greening of the building space creates a regional ecological environment. A large proportion of public parking areas use charging piles, and new energy forms such as solar water heating systems and ground source heat pumps are fully adopted to reduce emissions and pollution. The municipal pipelines in the region also adopt a comprehensive pipe gallery layout with high standards, which greatly improves the service level and standards of infrastructure.
The BIM-aided design principle of the whole life cycle, based on the big data guidance of Xiong'an Cloud, and through the technical support of the SOP-BIM operation and maintenance management platform, truly realizes the whole process of intelligent building model from design, construction to operation management and data analysis, and achieves the "digital twin" building mirror, thus further leading the smart city planning and management from BIM to CIM. All future architectural models and data of Xiong'an will be on the Xiong'an cloud platform to realize the management of the real city with a virtual city.
The planning starting point is high: many new concepts such as modular design, prefabricated construction, energy saving and low carbon, and "sponge city" have been applied in the project.
The quality traceability system of the whole process, BIM technology applied to construction management, and digital management systems such as smart construction site and smart operation have been practically applied in the project.
It adopts the first co-investor model in China. As a co-investor of the project, China State Construction Consortium is responsible for the whole chain business of investment-construction and operation of the project, breaking the traditional model of "investors do not care about construction, and builders do not use it".
The concept of "green development" is mainly reflected in building materials. Factory-based building components such as all-steel structure frames, prefabricated walls, and integrated houses are widely used in the project, which reduces the environmental pollution problems and losses caused by on-site construction operations and improves work efficiency. The project also makes full use of the abundant geothermal resources in the region to build a cold and hot dual storage pool system, so that more than 60% of the total energy consumption of the building for heating (cooling) is shallow ground energy.
The project uses a multi-dimensional energy consumption data acquisition system to rationally allocate energy supply; A large number of Internet of Things devices are installed, and through the customized research and development mobile APP, you can view the data of site video surveillance, dust noise, temperature and humidity, operators, component status and other data in real time with just one click. It also adopts face recognition and big data applications to improve management intelligence.
