 Xiong'an Yunjing Hotel, located in Xiong'an New District, Hebei Province, the main building of the exhibition park is a modular ecological garden hotel, with a total construction area of 18,568 square meters, including three parts: core exhibition garden, urban forest and reserved afforestation area. The building has one basement floor and three floors above ground. The underground function is auxiliary room and parking lot. The first floor is mainly used for hotel lobby, conference center, city exhibition hall, all-day dining restaurant and some guest rooms. The second and third floors are mainly modular hotel rooms.

The project is designed and built in accordance with the two-star green building standard. Through standardized design, factory manufacturing, and modular assembly, on-site wet work is reduced, construction noise is reduced, and on-site construction waste is reduced by 80%; The assembly rate was 88.42%, and at the same time, a large number of materials, facilities and equipment that can be recycled were used in the construction process, and the reuse rate was 100% after completion.

The project will become the largest, fastest construction and low-carbon emission modular star hotel in China, as well as a permanent commercial building with the highest assembly rate in Xiong'an New Area, and the largest single arc-shaped modular building in China.
