With the 200m total length, the China Construction Integrated & Intelligent Manufacturing Factory has 28 workbench positions. It is equipped with 10 intelligent positioning and tracking welding robots and more than 40 special intelligent equipment

Temporary/Semi-permanent module production line

CIBIM have independently developed an internationally leading flexible, automated and intelligent modular production line to realize flexible production operations of multiple types and specifications of modules, and form the goal of industrialization application and demonstration effect. CCIBM hope that it can support the development of the company's strategic owners, lead the development of building industrialization, and respond to the national policy requirements of "new infrastructure" and "double carbon".

Structure assembly stand

All structural assembly stands are equipped with automatic adjustment devices driven by servo motors, which can realize infinitely adjustment of length from 6m to 16m; The width is stepless adjustable from 2.438m to 4.5m; The height is adjustable from 2.896m to 4m. The flexible and variable structure size not only improves design and implementation ability, but improves our competitiveness in the industry effectively.

Intelligent robots & other technology application

CIBIM adopts advanced technology, process and equipment. Numbers of intelligent robots are adopted. Furthermore, a complete system integrating operation technology, digital technology and automation technology are also adopted. Various components and parts of the building are pre-fabricated and transported to the construction site for assembly.
