In October 2016, China Construction Integrated Science&Technology Co., Ltd. invested in the construction of China Construction Green Industrial Park in Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone, covering an area of nearly 330,000 square meters, including precast concrete plants, modular intelligent manufacturing plants, new formwork factories, reserved energy-saving doors and windows factories, forming an intelligent construction industry cluster, becoming the length of the industrial chain, leading the intelligent construction reform and green and low-carbon development of the construction industry.

The first precast concrete plant in the park is the most advanced technology, the most abundant product types, and the highest degree of digitalization in China, with a total of 17 automated production lines that can produce more than 20 kinds of products such as prefabricated wall panels, prefabricated columns, prefabricated floor slabs, prefabricated bay windows, and prefabricated stairs, all of which have passed the certification of the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency and are widely used in engineering projects of more than 1,600 square meters.

The modular intelligent manufacturing factory expands the advanced digital assembly technology of the manufacturing industry to the field of engineering construction, and manufactures modular products with integrated structure, enclosure, electromechanical and decoration, so as to realize "building a house like an airplane". The modular intelligent manufacturing factory has a flexible production line with the highest degree of intelligence in China, which can realize large-scale customization and personalized production, and modular box products are used in shelter hospitals, flash schools, overseas hotels and other buildings. It only takes 15 minutes to produce each set of module boxes, with a daily production capacity of nearly 100 sets, and can produce 25,000 sets of cold-formed thin-walled modules and 5,000 sets of hot-rolled steel modules with a total of 30,000 boxes per year.
