Breaking News! CCISTC has secured the bid for the "Flash School" Project in Fengtai District, Beijing. The project will involve the construction of modular teaching buildings for the Affiliated Primary School of Capital University of Economics and Business, Affiliated Primary School of Beijing No. 18 Middle School, and Lize High School Affiliated to Capital Normal University.
A total of 129 modular units will be deployed, with a combined floor area of approximately 4,211 square meters, adding 28 new classrooms to meet educational demands.
Upon completion, the project is expected to provide over 1,120 student placements. Utilizing modular rapid-build technology, the new facilities will include standard classrooms, specialized classrooms, and supporting administrative spaces. Additionally, the existing campus layout will be restructured and redesigned to better align with modern educational requirements.
This initiative addresses the growing demand for school placements in Fengtai District in recent years, optimizes the allocation of educational resources, and contributes to the national goal of building a robust, high-quality education system
Apply Automotive Manufacturing Principles to School Construction
China Construction Integrated adopts its independently developed "Flash School" product to build schools like manufacturing cars. In smart factories, it integrates modules' structures and enclosure systems, then transports the interior and exterior finishing modules to the construction site for hoisting and equipment pipeline connection, achieving parallel construction across time and space. Meanwhile, the factory produces modules synchronously with on-site foundation and municipal works, significantly shortening the construction period.
China Construction Integrated’s “Flash School” product uses a self - developed method of module connection with locating cones and high - strength bolts. The teaching building adopts a raft foundation, which meets the load - bearing and deformation requirements of the building, better ensuring the overall stability of the structure.
The "Flash School" by China Construction Integrated adopts seismic - fortification measures at an intensity of 9 degrees, achieving a safety level of grade one. Fire - resistant materials are installed between each floor slab. The building has a fire - resistance rating of level two, meeting the national standard "General Code for Building Fire Protection" (GB 55037 - 2022). It has a service life of up to 50 years.
Green Construction
— Environmental protection, low carbon, recyclable —
The interior decoration materials of the building are mainly eco - friendly ones like prefabricated tile wainscoting and floors, which don't release pollutants. All test results comply with the national standard on indoor environmental pollution control for civil construction projects. The "Flash School" by China Construction Integrated has steel - structure modules that are recyclable. They can be dismantled and rebuilt as needed. The building material recycling rate can reach 70%, which can greatly reduce construction waste and promote resource recycling.
The prefabricated schools constructed and put into use by China Construction Integrated.
In recent years, China Construction Integrated has built nearly 40 "Flash Schools" in Beijing, Shenzhen, and other areas, providing close to 35,000 seats. This has helped ease the shortage of seats in compulsory education. Through industrialized, eco - friendly, and digitalized approaches, it delivers high - quality construction products for a new - type construction industry, supporting the building of a strong educational nation.
Nanbu High-tech Prefabricated School in Shenzhen
The project covers an area of 2,936 square meters and was completed in 60 days. It includes teaching buildings, a playground, and other educational facilities. Once operational, it will serve as a temporary campus for Shenzhen Foreign Languages Ping Shan School, offering 200 seats.
